People Mapping What Comes Next

Nina Uller

From the field to the laboratory.

For decades, Nina Uller has worked with people required to lead before certainty arrives.

Her experience spans military leadership, NATO and cross-cultural operational environments, leadership education, organizational psychology, executive advisory work, and founder development.

Across those settings, one question kept returning.

What enables a person to remain capable of judgment and action when familiar answers no longer work?

Nina brings the leadership and human-systems domain into the laboratory through consequential environments, context, trust, autonomy, role clarity, uncertainty, tempo, and the conditions that allow people to perform without continuous external control.

Computational Research & Experimental Systems

Spatial intelligence and artificial agency across experimental XR worlds.

Arash designs 3D XR worlds with programmable geometry and physics, combining machine learning with agent architectures. His work examines spatial intelligence in human and artificial systems, how they model an environment, and how agency changes when familiar rules no longer apply.

Hilde Seglem

Partnerships & Commercial Strategy

The path from an experimental system to a working collaboration.

Hilde connects the lab's research with the organizations, clinics, and partners that can put it to use. Drawing on two decades of Nordic and international leadership, she leads partnerships, business development, and the path from experimental systems to practical collaboration.
